Pricing consultation
If you sign a representation contract with MAUREN OÜ., the consultation for determining the price of the sale object is free.
Marketing:
- We lay out advertising texts and draw up detailed sales plans (short introductions, photos, layouts of apartments).
We forward information to our potential clients and to the brokers of other real estate bureaus.
- We enter the information into the database on our home page.
Advertising in printed press:
- We are using the following publications: "Kuldne Börs", "Soov", "The Baltic Guide", "Privat Info" in Estonia and "Helsingin Sanomat" and "Keltainen Pörssi" in Finland.
We ensure validity of transactions:
- We draft different versions of contracts (preliminary contract, lease contract, rental contract);
- We arrange the notarisation of a contract;
- We provide the necessary documents;
- We check the validity and correctness of documents.
Prices of real estate brokerage services:
- Purchase of an apartment or a house - brokerage up to 5% (no less than 5000 EEK) in Tallinn and Harjumaa and up to 10% on the amount of the transaction.
- Lease or rent of an apartment or a private house - one-month's payment (no less than 800 EEK).
- Purchase or sale of a lot or registered immovable - brokerage of 5% (no less than 5000 EEK) in Harjumaa and up to 10% on the amount of the transaction elsewhere in Estonia.
- Consultations for clients and assistance in formulating or drawing up contracts - 500-3000 EEK (if broker's service is not required).
- The prices include assistance and consultation, advertising in media and on Internet, demonstration of objects of sale, representation of clients in price negotiations, co-operation with other real estate brokers, guarantee of legality, conclusion of a preliminary contract of purchase and sale, submission of documents to the notary and control of the compliance with contractual terms by the notary on the occasion of the conclusion of a contract.
